Check out Procedures

Our desire is for you to be pampered during your stay. No need to remove any linens from the bed(s) or wash any used dishes.

Place all trash in designated containers and leave in unit. We do request that you set the thermostat to: Winter heat of 68 degrees and summer air conditioning to 76 degrees. Upon check out, turn off lights, adjust temperature, lock the door(s), and we will take care of the rest.

Parking

Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. Designated areas for guests are provided:

1. For suites & upstairs units utilize the lot behind the mansion (please do not block dumpster access).
2. For Aurora, you have one allocated off-site parking spot on the Bungalow portion of the property. Utilize the driveway slot in the middle between your unit and The Grace off West Travis Street.
3. For A Little Bit Alexis, you have one off-street parking spot in the front yard driveway (on the left side of 211 West Travis as viewed from the street).
4. For The Grace & La Florêt, street parking is available first come, first serve along West Travis & North Orange.
5. Motorcycles can park in the space next to the dumpster, but do not block dumpster access.
6. Street parking is available first come, first served along West Travis & North Orange.

Noise/Quiet Hours

To preserve the tranquility of our surroundings, we kindly request that you observe the City of Fredericksburg's Quiet Hours from 10pm to 7am.

Pool, Outdoor Fireplace & Lighting Rules

Pool & patio hours are only permitted from 7am to 10pm. Both suite units and bungalow units have shared access to the property pool area. There is no trash, debris or wood allowed in the fireplace. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from using any glassware in or around the pool and hot tub area.

The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

Visitors

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the premises. Parties are strictly prohibited to maintain the exclusive atmosphere of our establishment.

Please note: Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted at The Menagerie.

Pets

To maintain the pristine environment, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking & Open Flame

To preserve the purity of the air and ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises. We also prohibit open flame from candles or other fire sources and do not allow fireworks on property.

Additional Fees & Damages

The Menagerie prides itself in pampering you. Please enjoy the bottled water, snacks, and alcohol provided free of charge.

Additional fees only incur if permanent items are taken from the room, pool towels are not returned to your unit, or you add-on any additional experiences during your stay through the virtual butler.
